By accessing or using Evvalley, you agree to these Terms. 1. Use of the Platform Evvalley is a peer-to-peer marketplace for electric vehicles and mobility products. You may use the platform only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. 2. User Accounts To list a vehicle, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it. 3. Listing Vehicles Users may only list electric or hybrid vehicles they legally own. By submitting a listing, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you have the right to sell or promote the vehicle. 4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content. Violate any laws or third-party rights. Use bots or automated systems to interfere with the platform. 5. Fees and Transactions Evvalley may charge fees for promoted listings or escrow-based payment services. All fees are disclosed prior to confirmation. We are not a payment processor and do not handle buyer-seller funds directly. 6. Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or act in a way that harms the platform or its users. 7. Limitation of Liability Evvalley is not responsible for: The accuracy of listings. Vehicle condition or transaction disputes. Any damages resulting from the use of our platform.
